Lifestyle-Manipur ("we", "us", "the Service") is an online storefront platform that lets businesses in Manipur sell products and services, take orders and bookings, and chat with their customers. This policy explains what data we process and why.

Who we serve

The Service is used by two kinds of people:

• Stores — businesses (and their staff) who run a storefront on the platform.
• Shoppers — customers who browse stores, place orders, book appointments and message stores.

Information we process

• Account data: name, email, and a securely hashed password for store owners/staff and for shopper accounts.
• Store data: business name, contact details, location, products, services, menu, prices and images a Store chooses to publish.
• Order & booking data: items ordered, delivery address, phone number, appointment times, and order status.
• Payment details: we display a Store's own UPI ID/QR for payment; we do not store card numbers or process card payments ourselves.
• Messages & reviews: content of messages between shoppers and stores, and any reviews shoppers post.
• Technical data: basic, non-identifying information needed to run the Service (e.g. a login token stored in your browser).

How we use it

Data is used only to provide the Service: showing storefronts, taking orders, scheduling appointments, enabling shopper↔store messaging, and letting each Store manage its business from the dashboard. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

A shopper's order, booking and message details are shared only with the specific Store they interacted with. We do not share personal data with third parties for advertising. Service providers we rely on to host the platform process data only on our instructions.

Data retention & deletion

We keep data while an account is active. A Store or shopper can request deletion of their account and associated personal data by emailing us at the address below; we will remove it except where we must retain limited records to meet legal obligations.

Your choices

• Access or correct your account details from your dashboard / account page.
• Reset your password at any time via "Forgot password".
• Request data deletion by contacting us.
